Appointments at our offices: from today you book online

From today the new appointment booking service of Pescara Multiservice is active. With this initiative the Company continues along its path of improving the service provided to citizens. Anyone who needs to can now book a personal meeting at our offices for the activities of the Parking and ZTL Service, such as the issue of permits and season tickets or personalised requests for clarification. The same applies to all activities related to cemetery services.

Booking is simple. On the home page of the website there is a new dedicated feature: just open it and enter your details. You then choose, in the calendar, your preferred day and time among those available. In a few steps the appointment is fixed and you already know when you will be seen, with no waiting at the counter.

The service was created to guarantee punctuality and to offer technical, specialised support to anyone who has doubts, asks for clarification or simply needs to be guided. Pescara Multiservice continues to invest in the digitalisation of its services. At the same time, the Company wants to pay particular attention to those who need more time, for example to ask for information, deal with important matters or calmly follow procedures already under way.
