Public greenery: report an area that needs attention
5 Ottobre 2026 · Pescara Multiservice

In the Contacts section of the website, the Complaints and reports form has an entry of its own: Urban Green. Use it to point out an area that needs work — long grass in a flower bed, a branch hanging over the pavement, leaves piled up on a pedestrian crossing — giving the location and describing the situation in a few lines.
Routine maintenance of the city's public greenery is entrusted to Pescara Multiservice by council resolution no. 145 of 29 December 2021, and covers mowing, pruning, watering, waste collection, leaf sweeping and the opening and closing of the parks. These are the activities a report acts on directly. Even when it concerns something else, the request still reaches our offices, which pass it on to whoever is responsible.
A useful report is above all a precise one. The Location of the problem field takes a street, a square or the name of the area: a recognisable reference — the nearest house number, the junction, the name of the park — saves an inspection made only to work out where to look. You can attach up to three files in PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB each: a photograph says in one go what would take ten lines to describe.
The mowing calendar, which let you check street by street the work already carried out, is suspended for the time being and will return. Until then, a report is the most direct way to point out an area still waiting its turn.
If the report concerns a play item or a piece of furniture in a park that you believe to be dangerous, use the same form and choose Parks. The company carries out daily and monthly visual checks on the equipment, as well as annual reports; but whoever uses a park every day is often the first to notice that something is wrong, and that report is worth a check.
The form is not an emergency channel and is read during office hours. If there is immediate danger to people, call the single emergency number 112: a report on the website comes afterwards, for the maintenance work.
The reply goes to the e-mail address given in the form, which is why it is worth writing it carefully. The data entered is processed in order to handle the report and the request for work, as set out in the privacy notice for the mowing and greenery maintenance service, and is kept for five years from the closing of the file. If you prefer e-mail, you can write to [email protected].
