Good to know

Bring an identity document and, if you have them, the papers relating to your request.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we may have to give priority to the next appointment.
If you cannot come, cancel via the link in the confirmation e-mail: the slot becomes free for others.
With the same e-mail address you can have at most two active appointments.
