Cemetery services: the citizen portal is online

The cemetery services portal for Pescara is online, at servizicimiteriali.pescaramultiservice.it. It is the space for citizens for the services of the municipal cemeteries of Colle Madonna and San Silvestro, run by Pescara Multiservice.

You sign in with SPID or with the Electronic Identity Card (CIE), the Italian digital identities used to access public administration services; alternatively you can use a portal account. They are the same credentials you use for the other online services, and there is no need to register with a new password.

The portal does not replace the channels already available and takes nothing away from those who prefer direct contact: the front office in Via Gioacchino da Fiore 15, the telephone on 085 4554923 and the e-mail [email protected] remain available, with the usual opening hours to the public. It is one more channel, not a channel instead of another.

The link to the portal is published in the Cemeteries section of the website, where you will also find the notices on cemetery operations, the forms, the rankings and the contacts of the offices and keepers.

Those who access the portal do so with their own digital identity, and the processing of data is described in the portal’s own privacy notice. The Pescara Multiservice website does not ask for credentials or login details: authentication happens solely on the SPID, CIE or portal pages.
