Ancora insieme nella musica: choirs in Pescara’s cemeteries on 7 and 14 November

“Ancora insieme nella musica” (Together again in music) returns this year too. The series, organised by the Culture Department of the Municipality of Pescara, brings choral music to the city’s cemeteries during the rites of remembrance for the departed. These are two afternoons of listening and reflection, in the places where the city keeps its memory.

The first event is on Saturday 7 November 2026 at 3 pm at the San Silvestro cemetery, with the Coro della Virgola di Pescara, conductor M° Pasquale Veleno.

The second is on Saturday 14 November 2026, again at 3 pm, at the Colle Madonna cemetery, with the Note in Corso Vocal Ensemble, conductor M° Cristina Di Zio.

Pescara Multiservice, which runs the services in the two municipal cemeteries, invites everyone to take part. The opening hours of San Silvestro and Colle Madonna are on the Cemeteries page.
