New rates

Managerial Ordinance no. 35 of 17/01/2026

Update of the parking rates for the city of Pescara. Rates in force from 7 January 2026.

Parking in Pescara

Pescara Multiservice has managed on-street parking in the city of Pescara since 2010. The company was in fact created as an instrumental body of the Municipality of Pescara to deliver the services connected with managing the parking areas plan.

Within Pescara’s urban area, regulated parking comprises around 5,000 spaces. These are generally surface car parks, located in the areas alongside the roadway itself, with charges on weekdays.

Parking in the blue bays can also be paid from your phone, with SostaP, the Pescara Multiservice app: download it and see how it works.

Opening hours and rates

Paid parking is organised into 18 zones with different hours and rates. Spaces, time bands, amounts and passes for each individual area are published and kept up to date on the official rates portal.

For the details of spaces, time bands and amounts for each area, the official rates portal, kept up to date by the company, is authoritative.

SostaP

SostaP, the Pescara Multiservice app

Parking in the blue bays is paid from your phone, with no coins and no ticket to display. Free to download.

  • It is the app of the company that runs parking in the city.
  • The other partner apps below remain available.

How it works, step by step

Five screens from the app, from signing up to a parking session under way.

  1. SostaP profile screen: credit, vehicles, history and receipts

You sign up once. Your profile holds your vehicles, your credit, your parking history and your receipts.

  2. SostaP home screen: map of the car parks nearby and quick actions

    Open the app

The first screen shows the car parks around you and the quick actions: start a parking session, find a space, history, top up.

  3. SostaP map with the chosen bay and the Continue button

    Pick your bay

On the map you tap the blue-bay area where you parked and carry on.

  4. Parking session under way in SostaP: street, hours, tariff, end time and credit left

    Start the session

Before you confirm you see the street, the hours when you have to pay and the tariff. Once it has started, the dial shows the end time and the credit left.

  5. SostaP menu: pay for parking, find a car park, transactions, gift a parking session

The rest is in the menu

From the menu: pay for parking, find a car park, transactions, «Gift a parking session» and the contacts. The app is in Italian and English.

The screens come from the app; the data on them does not: the user, the address and the credit are examples.

FAQ

We answer your questions
