C'è una storia che comincia nel 2010, quando la nostra società nasce con un compito preciso: occuparsi della gestione della sosta a Pescara. All'epoca ci chiamavamo Alternativa 83. Poi siamo diventati Pescara Parcheggi. Oggi siamo Pescara Multiservice: un nome nuovo per una missione che, in fondo, è rimasta sempre la stessa.
Over these years, step by step, we have transformed. Not alone, but thanks to the commitment, perseverance and dedication of all the people, employees and administrators, who have led and stood beside the company. Each of them left something behind: an idea, a solution, a small improvement which, added to the others, allowed us to prove something important: that the services entrusted to us by our shareholder, the Municipality of Pescara, can be managed better and better, with more care and efficiency.
Ma c'è qualcosa che ci sta ancora più a cuore, ed è questo: chi lavora in Pescara Multiservice lo fa pensando prima di tutto di essere cittadino di questa città. Prima che dipendenti, siamo pescaresi. E questo cambia tutto, perché ci troviamo in una condizione rara e felice: offrire servizi a una comunità di cui siamo noi stessi, ogni giorno, i primi fruitori. Chi cura il verde e pulisce un parco, chi apre ogni mattina uno sportello al pubblico, chi si occupa della sosta o veglia sul cimitero cittadino, chi lavora negli impianti sportivi o segue il rilascio di un abbonamento o di un permesso ZTL, lo sa bene: quel parco, quello sportello, quel servizio sono anche un po' suoi. Perché prima ancora di essere un compito da svolgere, sono un pezzo della città in cui viviamo, tutti i giorni, insieme a chi la abita.

Our mission, deep down, is simple to tell even if not always easy to achieve every day: making all the services the Municipality of Pescara entrusts to us work, with care and dedication, for a city we live in and love, together with those who inhabit it every day.

Under a direct in-house award from the Municipality of Pescara, the Company's purpose is the management of:

access to the restricted traffic zones (ZTL), the control systems and the restrictions within the municipal territory, as well as the issue and withdrawal of permits, authorisations and badges as directed by the Municipality.
the cleaning of sports facilities and municipal buildings.
green area maintenance, covering everything involved in the routine maintenance of the green areas and parks of the municipality of Pescara, specifically: administrative activities, monitoring and scheduling of works to be carried out in the parks, opening and closing, cleaning, mowing, pruning, irrigation, etc.
the cemeteries of Pescara, understood as the overall provision of all the services, works and supplies involved in the proper and effective management and maintenance of the municipal cemeteries in San Silvestro and Colle Madonna, and more precisely: cemetery services in the strict sense, the custody and surveillance service, the cleaning service, routine cemetery maintenance, the cemetery greenery maintenance service, and the administrative and technical management and routine maintenance of the votive lamps.
The company carries out the administrative management of the services described, including assessment, settlement and collection - including enforced collection - of the amounts due for the services provided, within the limits of current law.
The company may also carry out, directly and indirectly, all activities falling within its corporate purpose and all complementary, connected, related, instrumental, collateral and ancillary activities, together with the private-law activities useful to its ends.
